Dentures/Partials

Dentures (also known as false teeth) are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teethDentures (also known as false teeth) are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth, which are supported by surrounding soft and hard tissues of the oral cavity. Conventional dentures are removable, however there are many different denture designs, some which rely on bonding or clasping onto teeth.

Removable bridges (or partial dentures) are used when some teeth are missing but not all. Partials work by making use of the remaining teeth to secure the appliance, however they may feel less secure in your mouth than fixed bridges.

Dr. Drew Markham can help you determine which type of bridge or denture is best for your dental wellness plan.
